  • Who can buy from JK Balloons & More?

    JK Balloons And More is a wholesale distributor that sells only to pre-qualified wholesale customers. A Wholesale Account Application form and proof of business identity are required before the first order.

  • What is the minimum order amount?

    The minimum order amount is $50. Orders under $50 will incur a $5 service charge.

  • How can I place an order?

    Orders can be placed via the website, by calling (319) 298-9999, or by emailing SparklesDaClown@yahoo.com.

  • What are the accepted payment methods?

    Credit cards are required for shipped orders. Cash or credit cards are accepted in our storefront, but COD and money orders are not accepted.

  • What happens if I refuse delivery of my order?

    Orders refused at delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs if applicable.

  • What are the shipping options?

    UPS Ground is the default delivery method. Expedited delivery is available upon request, with additional costs borne by the customer.

  • What should I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

    Inspect packages before accepting delivery. If the security tape is broken or the box is damaged, inform the UPS driver and contact Balloons, Etc immediately with photos.

  • Can I return my order?

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns of non-defective items are accepted at JK Balloons And More's sole discretion and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be in sellable condition, in original packaging, and received within 14 days of purchase.

  • What if the merchandise is defective?

    Defective merchandise must be reported within 14 days of shipment receipt. Include at least 7 pictures of the damage when reporting. JK Balloons And More will provide replacement stock or credit on a future purchase, not refunds.
