PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Buyer Qualification

JK Balloons And More is a wholesale distributor which only sells to pre-qualified wholesale customers. A completed Wholesale Account Application form, with proof of business identity (sales tax or business license), is required before first order and is available on our website at JKBalloonsAndMore.com or will be provided upon request.

Minimum Order Amount

• $50 min. order to receive

• Orders of less than $50 will incur a $5 service charge

• Order Acceptance: Orders are not processed until credit card is authorized or other payment method arranged; we are not responsible for delays due to declined transactions or if credit card was not provided with order 

• JK Balloons And More can not be responsible for items that are mis-shipped when the item description is not provided clearly by the customer.

• Holiday Closures: Not responsible for delays due to JK Balloons And More (Balloons, Etc)/UPS closures 

• Identify Critical Items: If any item on your order is a “must have item,” customer must inform JK Balloons And More when order is placed because customers are only contacted about out-of-stock items upon request. 

• Back Orders are automatically cancelled.

Payment Methods, Fees & Refunds 

• Credit card is required for shipped orders 

• Cash or credit card also accepted in showroom; COD and money orders are not accepted 

• Orders refused at delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping cost if applicable 

• Refunds are paid in original payment form; cash refunds greater than $25 will be refunded by check 

• Return Check Fee of $25 will be charged for each returned check 

• JK Balloons And More reserves the right to charge customer’s credit card on file for any returned checks or past due balance on account

Shipping 

• UPS Ground is default delivery method 

• Expedited Delivery is available upon request and customer is responsible for any additional cost beyond normal cost 

• Shipping Delays: JK Balloons And More is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, bad weather, emergencies, or seasonal demand 

• JK Balloons And More will not provide expedited or free shipping due to a customer’s ordering error but we will offer a reasonable accommodation (at our sole discretion) to remedy errors we commit 

• Shipping Damage: Inspect packages before accepting delivery; if security tape is broken or box is damaged inform UPS driver of damage; you may refuse delivery or accept it and inform JK Balloons And More immediately, pictures are required. 

• Shortages: Inspect contents of packages immediately and report shortages within 1 business day of receipt

Returns

All Sales Are Final; return of non-defective items accepted at JK Balloons And More’s sole discretion and are subject to 25% restocking fee 

• All returns require: RMA Number from JK Balloons And More, completed Return Form (below), and original invoice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Returns must be in sellable condition, in the original packaging and received within 14 days of purchase 

• Customer responsible for return freight unless it is due to a JK Balloons And More error 

• Returns are not allowed, under any circumstances, on opened product, clearance items, custom printing, or Unsold seasonal or slow selling merchandise 

• JK Balloons And More will not accept return of special-order merchandise 

• JK Balloons And More will not accept return of inflation equipment unless defective and in warranty period 

• JK Balloons And More reserves the right to require any return credits be applied to future purchases 

• Returns without invoices, if accepted, will be credited at lowest selling price of item plus 25% restocking fee

Defective Merchandise Returns 

• Defects/Shortages/Damages must be reported within 14 days of shipment receipt and no less than 7 pictures of any damaged deliveries to be sent to SparklesDaClown@yahoo.com to ensure quick processing. Including delivery label and all sides of the package.

• Defective returns require: RMA Number from JK Balloons And More, completed Return Form (below), original Invoice, and be received back to our business within 10 days.

• No refunds for defective merchandise; JK Balloons And More will provide replacement stock or credit on future purchase 

• Credit for defective items is limited to the price paid, no additional credit will be issued for lost sales or helium 

• No credit for items used for display, misused, punctured, or cut foils (deflate foil balloons with straw before returning) Balloons punctured, cut open or popped will not be credited. 

• We cannot be responsible for any failure due to over inflation or misuse of product.

• If defective foils are returned for credit that were not purchased from JK Balloons And More, or are mixed with garbage, the value of non-purchased items will be deducted from total credit and/or customer’s entire credit may be forfeited and items will be discarded.

• JK Balloons And More does not pay for or reimburse for return freight cost of defective merchandise

Limitation of Liability

• Customer assumes all liability for merchandise purchased or rented from JK Balloons And More. 

• JK Balloons And More is not responsible for lost profit or sales from helium loss caused by popped balloons or leaking equipment, or any incidental costs due to a product defect, shipping error, or late/missed delivery.

• JK Balloons And More shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if JK Balloons And More has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

• Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a JK Balloons And More product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, JK Balloons And More reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 

JK Balloons And More reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
